The hotel is excellently located in the vibrant Tianhe district, just a short walk from major shopping centers and nightlife options. The convenience of being close to the Metro station makes exploring the city a breeze. The room is spacious and equipped with necessary amenities, including a television, fridge, and safe deposit box. the helpful and caring staff went the extra mile to assist a sick guest, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction.
The mattress was a bit firm, which might not suit everyone's preference.

Great location in a lively area with lots of food options and easy access to transportation. The spacious room has all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and safe deposit box. The cozy and relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a romantic getaway.
There were some noise issues during the night, which can be disruptive if you are a light sleeper. the lack of breakfast options in the hotel might be inconvenient for some guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to a metro station and a variety of food options in the nearby department store. We loved our spacious room, complete with a fridge and safe deposit box. The free wifi was a great plus, especially since it was available in our room.
We did have a minor issue with the checkout process, as the housekeeping staff needed to check our room before we could leave. However, this was not a huge inconvenience and overall did not detract from our enjoyable stay.
